Taylor Hirschberg is the CEO of Metli, a global advisory firm bridging life sciences, public health, and advanced analytics. With advanced degrees from Harvard, Columbia, and Oxford, he translates complex evidence into scalable strategies for world leaders. His career spans clinical work at Massachusetts General Hospital, humanitarian leadership with Médecins Sans Frontières, and Pulitzer-nominated storytelling focused on global health equity.
Byron Austin

Chief Operations Officer
Byron is a strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, philanthropy, and global health equity. He most recently led corporate responsibility and ESG management at Organon. Previously, he held roles in ESG communications at Teva Pharmaceuticals, led the healthcare practice at Business for Social Responsibility (BSR), and managed global health partnerships at Johnson & Johnson. He holds an MBA from Columbia.
Demetre Daskalakis

Senior Medical Advisor
Dr. Demetre C. Daskalakis is a physician and nationally recognized public health leader specializing in infectious diseases and emergency response. He served as Deputy Commissioner of Disease Control in NYC (2014-2020), managing major outbreaks like COVID-19. At the CDC, he directed the Division of HIV Prevention and the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD), leading responses for COVID-19, flu, and RSV. He also served as Deputy Coordinator of the White House National Mpox Response, driving a successful syndemic strategy. Dr. Daskalakis holds an MD from NYU and an MPH from Harvard.
Reggie Greer

Reggie Greer is a public policy and engagement strategist with over a decade of experience advancing human rights policy and political representation. He served as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of State and as White House Senior Advisor on LGBTQ+ Engagement during the Biden-Harris Administration. Formerly with the USDOT during the Obama-Biden Administration, Greer is also a fellow at Harvard Kennedy School.
Jennifer Hinkle

Jennifer Hinkel is a recognized global expert in market access strategy, payer value, and commercialization design for oncology and specialty products. She has supported over 50 product launches and held leadership roles at major firms including Genentech, Roche UK, and NCCN. As the founder of Sigla Sciences, she builds global infrastructure combining senior-level strategy with digital tech execution tools. She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and is a doctoral candidate at the University of Oxford.
Carmen Villar

Carmen Villar is a purpose-driven leader with over 25 years of experience in global public health, philanthropy, and social impact. She served as VP of Public Affairs at Gilead and VP of Social Business Innovation at Merck, focusing on health equity. Critically, she was Chief of Staff at the CDC (2010–2017) and held leadership roles in PEPFAR in Nigeria and Zambia. She holds an MSW from UC Berkeley.
