Natalie’s background spans the full healthcare communications spectrum. She has supported provider systems and clinical research organizations, as well as health tech, medtech and pharmaceutical companies, navigating highly regulated environments where precision and trust matter. This evolution has shaped her ability to translate technical, science-focused work into clear, compelling stories that resonate with the public, policymakers and key stakeholders.
Most recently, Natalie served as a Vice President at major global communications agencies, including Edelman and dna Communications, part of the Weber Shandwick collective. Across agency and in-house leadership roles, she has led media relations, crisis communications, executive visibility and large-scale brand initiatives, securing national coverage in outlets such as Good Morning America, Washington Post, Associated Press, NBC News, Forbes and People. This experience informs how she approaches Metli’s work, helping position innovative solutions with the credibility, narrative clarity and strategic foresight needed to scale impact.
Alongside her professional work, Natalie is deeply committed to grassroots advocacy and civic engagement. She previously served as president of the League of Women Voters of Miami-Dade County and currently sits on the board of the League of Women Voters of Arlington and Alexandria City.
