Professional Biography
Luz Diaz is a public health and program strategy professional with experience supporting data-driven strategy, program implementation, and operational improvement across public health, housing, and nonprofit sectors. She brings a strong foundation in applied research, program evaluation, and systems design, with a focus on translating data, evidence, and policy into practical solutions that improve program delivery and outcomes.
In her work, Luz has led and supported initiatives spanning contract and compliance operations, process and workflow development, data analysis, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She has worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen operational systems, improve decision-making, and ensure programs are implemented effectively and equitably across diverse contexts in the U.S. and internationally.
Luz holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in sociology. She brings a collaborative, systems-oriented approach and is motivated by work that bridges analysis and execution to drive meaningful, real-world impact.
