Professional Biography
Victoria Verdeja is a bilingual communications strategist and business builder who works at the intersection of brands and humanity, helping translate complex messages into clear strategy and narratives that move people. As a Partner at METLI, she leads business development, forging cross-sector relationships and bringing a storyteller’s precision to growth-- turning evidence into strategy and transforming science into real-world impact.
Born and raised in Miami and proudly Cuban-American, Victoria brings a deep respect for culture, community, and connection to every engagement. Her career spans in-house and agency leadership across highly regulated sectors, including pharma, biotech, healthcare, and financial services, and includes leading the PR team at a global medical communications agency in Manhattan.
Victoria was recognized as the PRSA Miami Chapter’s 2023 “Bob Ross Communicator to Watch.” She holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Florida International University and has served as a guest lecturer at Miami Dade College.
