Professional Biography
Jennifer Hinkel is a recognized global expert in market access strategy, payer value, and commercialization design for oncology and specialty products. She has supported over 50 product launches, advised U.S. and European biopharma firms, and held leadership roles at Genentech, Caris Life Sciences, Roche UK, Roche Argentina, and National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO).
Jennifer holds an MSc in International Health Policy from the London School of Economics and is a current doctoral candidate (DPhil) in Evidence-Based Health Care at the University of Oxford. Her academic focus includes clinical trial design, surrogate endpoints, and patient-centric HTA methodology in oncology.
As the founder of Sigla Sciences and the Sumis Partners platform, she has built a global infrastructure combining senior-level strategy with digital tech execution tools that allow biotech and medtech teams to scale without unnecessary complexity. Her leadership spans both life sciences strategy and product development.
